Ashima to hold board meeting

Ashima will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 March 2015, to take on record the status of the proposed Scheme of Arrangement for Reconstruction and Compromise between Ashima and its Equity Shareholders, Preference Shareholders and Secured Creditors ("the Scheme") as approved by the Board on 15 December 2014 and to consider modifications, if any.
