Ashok Leyland announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai vide their Order dated 24 April 2017, have approved the scheme of Amalgamation of Hinduja Foundries (Transferor) with Ashok Leyland (Transferee), which was received by the Company on 27 April 2017. The Scheme with Appointed Date of 01 October 2016 will be effective upon filing the Certified True Copy of the Order with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
