Axis Bank allots 1.02 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,02,115 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 05 April 2022, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase Rs. 613,94,95,672/-(306,97,47,836 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,96,99,902/- (306,98,49,951 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
