Axis Bank allots 1.13 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,13,700 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 04 December 2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,68,39,920 (239,84,19,960 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,70,67,320 (239,85,33,660 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
