Axis Bank allots 1.68 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 168400 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 1 December 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,14,27,968 (306,07,13,984 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,17,64,768 (306,08,82,384 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
