Axis Bank allots 1.80 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP scheme

Axis Bank has allotted 1,80,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 09 April 2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,31,60,072 (256,65,80,036 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,35,20,372 (256,67,60,186 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
