Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 52,950 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 19 June 2017 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,37,55,028 (239,68,77,514 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,38,60,928 (239,69,30,464 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
