Axis Bank allots 57,545 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 57,545 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 30th October 2019, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 563,83,57,716 (2,81,91,78,858 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each h) to Rs. 563,84,72,806 (2,81,92,36,403 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
