Axis Bank allots 67,241 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 67,241 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 12 April 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,75,86,754 (306,37,93,377 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,77,21,236 (306,38,60,618 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
