Axis Bank allots 80,545 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 80,545 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 12 July 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,06,40,288 (306,53,20,144 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,08,01,378 (306,54,00,689 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
