Axis Bank allots 94,675 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 94,675 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 28th April 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 564,36,69,668 (282,18,34,834 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 564,38,59,018 (282,19,29,509 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
