Axis Bank allots equity shares

Axis Bank announced that the committee of whole-time directors on 16 December 2013 has allotted 3,491 equity shares of Rs 10 each under the ESOP Scheme of the bank. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up share capital has increased from 46,92,32,578 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 46,92,36,069 equity shares of Rs 10 each.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
