Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 2,87,055 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 21.03.2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 476,41,48,272 (238,20,74,136 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 476,47,22,382 (238,23,61,191 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
