Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 3,68,840 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 06, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,71,61,256 (238,85,80,628 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,78,98,936 (238,89,49,468 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
