Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,02,045 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 07 November 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 478,14,56,586 (239,07,28,293 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 478,16,60,676 (239,08,30,338 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
