Axis Bank opens QIP issue

Floor price fixed at Rs 661.50 per share

Axis Bank announced that the Committee of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 19 September 2019 has decided to open the QIP issue. The Committee also approved and adopted the preliminary placement document dated 19 September 2019 in connection with the Issue.

The Committee has fixed the floor price of the issue at Rs 661.50 per equity share and the relevant date for the purpose is 19 September 2019. The Committee, at its absolute discretion may offer a discount of not more than 5% to the said Floor Price.
