Axis Bank raises USD 50 million thru issue of 3.25% Notes due 2020

Under GMTN programme

Axis Bank has raised USD 50 million under the GMTN Programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch. The settlement took place on 16 October 2018. The Notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the U.S.$ 250,000,000 3.25% Notes due 2020 issued on 11 March 2015 and the U.S.$ 500,000,000 3.25% Notes due 2020 issued on 21 November 2014. The issuance will take the outstanding issue size to a total of USD 800 million.
