Axis Bank sells 3.51% stake held in Religare Enterprises

Axis Bank has sold its investment of 90,50,000 equity shares held in Religare Enterprises on 13 January 2020 equivalent to 3.51% of the paid up capital in Religare Enterprises. Consequent to the sale, the shareholding of the bank stands at 1.67% of the paid up capital in Religare Enterprises.
