The result was announced during trading hours today, 16 May 2013.

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was down 0.94 points to 20,212.02.

On BSE, 1.41 lakh shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 29,360 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 1,884 and a low of Rs 1,801 so far during the day. The stock had hit a record high of Rs 2,228.95 on 3 January 2013. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 1,423.10 on 18 July 2012.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 15 May 2013, gaining 5.56% compared with the Sensex's 10.11% rise. The scrip had also underperformed the market in past one quarter, sliding 7.71% as against Sensex's 3.83% gain.

India's second largest motorcycle maker by sales has an equity capital of Rs 289.37 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
