Balkrishna Industries provides update on scheme of amalgamation

Balkrishna Industries announced that the National Company Law Tribunal had on 24 January 2018 approved the scheme of amalgamation of BKT Exim with Balkrishna Industries. The company has received the certified copy of the order of the NCLT sanctioning the scheme on 09 February 2018.

The company has made the requisite filing of Form INC-28 with the Registrar of Company, Mumbai for making the scheme effective on 21 February 2018.
