Bandhan Bank allots 16,272 equity shares under ESOP

Bandhan Bank has allotted 16,272 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to eligible employees of the Bank upon exercise of the Options vested with them under the ESOP Series 1.

Post allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs. 16,10,26,41,150/- comprising of 1,61,02,64,115 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up from Rs. 16,10,24,78,430/- comprising of 1,61,02,47,843 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up.
