Bannari Amman Sugars announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras on 15 November 2016 has passed an Order sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Madras Sugars with the Company. The appointed date for the Scheme of Amalgamation is 01 January, 2016.
