Bengal & Assam Company announced that the final petition for sanction of the scheme of agreement between Florence Investech, BMF Investments, J.K. Fenner (India) and Bengal & Assam Company and their respectively shareholders has been filed on 11 Juen 2018 before the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata.
