Bharat Electronics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 May 2016 to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2016 and also to consider & recommend Final Dividend on equity shares of the Company, if any.
