Bharat Financial Inclusion announced that the Competition Commission of India has, vide its letter dated 19 December 2017 intimated that CCI on 19 December 2017, considered the proposed amalgamation of Bharat Financial Inclusion with IndusInd Bank and approved the same under sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Competition Act, 2002.
