BHEL announces dissolution of its JV Dada Dhuniwale Khandwa Power

Bharat Heavy Electricals announced that pursuant to receipt by the Company (received on 01 December 2020) of the certified true copy of the order of National Company Law Tribunal, Indore Bench at Ahmedabad through Liquidator of Dada Dhuniwale Khandwa Power (DDKPL- a Joint Venture Company of BHEL and Madhya Pradesh Power Generation Company), it is informed that DDKPL, which was under liquidation, stands dissolved.
