Announces resignation of Director Finance

Bihar Sponge Iron has announced the following changes of the Board of the Company:

B K Thakur has resigned from the Board and thus ceases to be Director Finance of the Company.

The designation of U K Modi has changed from Chairman & Managing Director to Chairman. i.e. U K Modi ceases to be Managing Director of the Company and shall continue to be on the board as Chairman of the Company.

S K Gupta, has been appointed as the Whole-time Director of the Company designated as Executive Director (works) of the Company.
