Board of Aarti Drugs recommends second interim dividend

Aarti Drugs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 February 2016, inter alia, have recommended the second interim dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
