The Board of Directors of ABC India at its meeting held on 14 March 2018 has transacted the following -The Board discussed the business plan of the Company and decided to sale certain assets of non-core business of the Company to the prospective buyers and authorized the Managing Director to find out the prospective buyers for the same.
Sanjay Agarwal presently Company Secretary of the Company has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) designated as KeyManagerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 14 March 2018.
