Board of Allied Digital Services does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 14 August 2014

Allied Digital Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2014, has decided not to recommend dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year ended 31 March 2014 due to inadequacy of profits.
