Board of ALSTOM India approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 23 January 2015

ALSTOM India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 January 2015, has approved the following :

1. Appointed Carole Roselyne Marcelle Le Couedic as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent Woman Director) of the Company w.e.f. 24 January 2015.

2. Accepted the resignation of S. M. Momaya (Non-Executive, Non-independent Director), w.e.f. 24 January 2015.
