Board of Arihant Capital Markets recommends dividend

Arihant Capital Markets announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend @15% i.e. Re 0.75 per equity shares on equity share capital of the Company subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
