Board of Ashoka Buildcon recommends 2nd interim dividend

Ashoka Buildcon announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the 2nd interim dividend of Rs 0.8 per equity Share (i.e. 16%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
