Board of Assam Company India does not recommend dividend
At meeting held on 27 May 2016
Assam Company India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2016, inter alia, has approved the following Agenda :- No Dividend will be declared on Equity Shares in the forth coming Annual General Meeting of the Company, in respect of the 15 (fifteen) months ended 31 March 2016.
