Austin Engineering Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 October 2015, has transacted the following:- The Company have appointed Ashwini Sharma as Company Secretary Pursuance to provision of Section 203 Companies Act, 2013 read with Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement.
