Austin Engineering Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 March 2016, have appointed Nidhi D Parikh as Company Secretary Pursuance to provision of Section 203 Companies Act, 2013 read with Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement.
