The Board of Avon Mercantile at its meeting held on 08 February 2018 has approved the following -Vikas Kapoor, Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 30 November, 2017.
Gunjan Arora, Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 30 November, 2017.
Jyoti Manchanda has resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 30 November, 2017.
Rajesh Kumar has resigned as CFO of the Company w.e.f. 30 November, 2017.
The Board of Directors have appointed Rashi Adlakha as an Additional Director w.e.f. 8 February, 2018.
