Board of Bajaj Corp recommends interim dividend

Bajaj Corp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 January 2016, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 11.5 per equity Share (i.e. 1150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
