The board of Banas Finance on 15th May 2018 approved the Composite Scheme of amalgamation ('Scheme') for merger of M/s. Rockon Enterprises Limited, M/s. Axon Ventures Limited and Proaim Enterprises Limited (Transferors Companies) with M/s.
