Board of Biocon approves appointment of director

At meeting held on 21 October 2021

The Board of Biocon at its meeting held on 21 October 2021 has approved the appointment of Dr. Eric Vivek Mazumdar as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company effective from 01 November 2021, subject to shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
