Blue Star announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Sangameshwar lyer has resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 31 May 2015 and Vijay Devadiga has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in his place w.e.f. 01 June 2015.
2. Further the Board has subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting also considered and taken on record reappointment of Vir S. Advani as a Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 July 2015.
