The Board of Capri Global Capital has approved the appointment of Desh Raj Dogra (DIN:00226775} as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company with effect from 01 February 2021 for a period of 5 (five) years, subject to approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
