Board of Century Enka recommends special dividend

Of Rs 1.5 per share

Century Enka announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
