Board of CESC recommends final dividend

Of Rs 9 per share

CESC announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 9 per equity Share (i.e. 90%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
