Board of Citadel Realty & Developers approves bonus issue of 1:1

At meeting held on 02 February 2018

The Board of Citadel Realty & Developers at its meeting held on 02 February 2018 has recommended issue of bonus shares at ratio of 1:1. The Board has also increased authorised capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 23 crore and consequent amendment in Memorandum of Association.
