Board of Credit Analysis and Research declares special dividend

Credit Analysis and Research announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 September 2014, have declared a Special Dividend (Interim Dividend 2) of Rs. 65/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for financial year 2014-2015.The aforesaid Special Dividend (Interim Dividend 2) for the financial year 2014-2015 will be paid to the shareholders on or before 14 October 2014.
