Board of Cyient recommends dividend

Of Rs 3 per share

Cyient announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 October 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
