Board of Dynacons Systems & Solutions appoints director

At meeting held on 27 March 2015

Dynacons Systems & Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 March 2015, has decided to :

1. Appoint Archana Phadke as an Independent, Additional Director with effect from 27 March 2015.

2. Appoint Shruti Shah as Secretarial Auditor to conduct the Audit as per Companies Act, 2013.
