At meeting held on 22 September 2015

Dynacons Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 September 2015, has:

1. Appointed Darshit Parikh as a Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.

2. Darshit Parikh, Company Secretary will act as a Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Dharmesh Anjaria.
