The Board of Fiem Industries at its meeting held on 26 December 2019 as approved the following change in directorate as follows -Accepted resignation of J.S.S. Rao (DIN: 00014320), Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2019.
The Board has approved the appointment of Rajesh Sharma (DIN:08650703) and Shobha Khatri (DIN:08650727) as Additional Directors / Whole-time Directors of the Company w.e.f. 01 January 2020 for a term of 5 years.
